BRT T20Pro+ Signal Smart Generator is a low cost portable precision process calibrator for 4-20mA, 0-10V, 24V loop, -10 to 110mV, thermocouple signal, PT100, CU50, pulse, frequency signal calibration and measurement. It has signal curves, signal engineering quantity display and signal conversion functions. That process calibrator meter supports MODBUS RTU slave communication and signal measurement and output works simultaneously. Small pocket size, LCD screen display with backlight, it is very convenient to use in the industrial site and signal calibration in the lab.

Description

BRT T20Pro+ Process calibrator temperature frequency calibrator is mainly used for debugging industrial PLC, regulating valve process instruments, 4-20mA transmitters, industrial meters, thermocouple signal calibration, etc. It has compact shell, high precision and high linear signal simulation output and measurement performance. It can input and output signal at the same time. The calibrator instrument has menu window to set the parameters and supports Modbus slave communication through RS485 port. It has powerful functions, simple operation, programmable signal simulation output and real-time curve input and display functions. Widely used a PWM frequency calibrator, thermocouple calibrator, mV mA loop calibration instrument, etc.

● Measurement: 0-24mA, 0-30V, -10-+110mV, 0-10KHz frequency, thermocouple signal, PT100, Cu50, 0-400Ω resistance signal measurement.
● Signal input and output functions work at the same time and display results in the screen.
● All the parameters are set through menu and button, support Modbus slave communication.
● Programming output: automatically ascending and descending output based on the parameters set by users. It has two modes: Mode A: Set the starting point, the ending point, the number of cycles, then use it; Mode B: the advanced mode, the signal change is set by parameters.
● User can set 9 sets of commonly used signal values for fast output.
● Have signal conversion function: converting an input signal to another type of output signal, such as input frequency signal and convert input into current signal; convert input 0-1000hz into 4-20mA output, PWM frequency calibration, etc.
● Real time curve: The changing trend of input and output signals can be displayed by curve, the acquisition time of curve can be set, and the curve can be displayed automatically in the range of maximum and minimum values in a certain period of time.
● Display engineering quantity or signal values. The engineering quantity is in corresponding to signal value. For example, engineering quantity display of 4-20mA is corresponding to 0-100, that is, 4mA displays 0, 12mA displays 50, and 20mA displays 100. This range can be modified by parameters.
● MODBU RTU remote control: It supports communication through configuration software or PLC to set the output signal of the instrument online and monitor the input signal of the instrument.
● USB firmware upgrade: Upgrade new firmware and extend new functions through USB port.
