BRT-TCH1 Programmable intelligent head-mounted temperature transmitter is a software programmable thermocouple, PT1000, CU50, PT100 signal conditioning module. It accepts RTD PT100, PT1000, CU100, CU50, thermocouple signal input and converts its input into 4-20mA output accurately. That intelligent temperature transmitter mounts in international standard head-mounted for easy integration with various sensors. It is fully configurable by software in PC. Low-cost high accuracy, it is an excellent replacement of other similar temperature transmitter.

Description

BRT TCH1 Low-cost precision programmable temperature transmitter with 2-wire 4-20mA output accepts universal RTD TC temperature signal input with excellent compatibility and high accuracy. It can be programmed by software in the PC connected by programming wire. The input signal type, measuring range can be configured by software. This temperature transmitter inputs various type of signal like RTD PT100, PT1000, CU50, CU100, thermocouple signal. Its output is adjustable by chip not potentiometer to ensure the stability, and accuracy grade is up to 0.2. Inside the intelligent temperature transmitter, all the components embedded is designed by use filling integrated technique which make it meets different special application requirements in industrial site.
